Fourth
of July at the lake in oklahoma is one of the biggest
parties of the year. The place to be is Dripping Springs
at Grand. You'll need a boat. Tenkiller and Texoma are
also packed.

Catfish Season
The place to fish for the monster cats is lake texoma
in the dead of winter so I'm told. This is the off season
for most other fishing and we are not sure if there are
trophy catfish hunting guides.
OKC Home and Garden Show

This 3-day event is geared towards home improvement, and is a great place to pick up ideas, advice or great products or services. Exhibitors showcase different ways of remodeling, decoration, landscaping, and occasionally features home repair celebrities.

in most states, the great hunting land is taken by private
leases. There are guide services and other public lands
available. Please check back soon and we will have more
information.
There are a few bluegrass festivals and the auto show in Oklahoma City, but March is not a good month for events. Hopefully something new and fun will pop up soon.
Spring
Bass Fishing
April is the start of Spring Bass Fishing in Oklahoma. There
are so many great places to hit in Oklahoma. Here is a quick
list to get you started. Grand, Tenkiller, Sardis, The Arbuckle
Wilderness, and Lake Murray are all great and they have
camping facilities available. Grand is the nice resort like
atmosphere. Tenkiller is a peaceful and not the big party lake, Lake Texoma is
also a huge lake with resorts and
guided striper fishing. The Arbuckle has this crazy zoo
with animals from Africa like giraffes and the fishing is
excellent.
Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon
Date: April 26, 2009

Location: Oklahoma City National Memorial
This marathon has a full and half marathon, relay race, 5K walk and a kid’s marathon. The 9th annual marathon will be held in 2009, and commemorates the lives lost during the tragedy that occurred in 1995.
Asian Festival

This annual event features cultural food, entertainment, arts & crafts, and a pageant. It is represented by 10 different countries, including China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Korea, Laos, the Phillipines, Taiwan and Vietnam.
